This document contains information regarding the processing of personal data of customers or visitors of the “PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” website.

I. BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA CONTROLLER

II. PURPOSE AND BASIS FOR DATA COLLECTION

The processing of personal data includes any operation or set of operations, whether automated or manual, performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, or alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
We process your personal data based on your consent, which is necessary for the execution of the sales contract. Additionally, we process your personal data when necessary to fulfill legal obligations or rights of the controller.

III. DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

PRODUŽI ŽIVOT ONLINE STORE

• Customer account
  Contact details provided in the form (name, surname, email address, phone number, billing, and delivery address), as well as personal data in the form of purchase history, will be processed.
  The customer account is primarily used for ordering goods, tracking order status, invoicing, and subscribing to the “Newsletter” (a business message related to offered goods and services).
  If the customer does not wish to receive the “Newsletter,” the registration form data will be used solely for processing individual orders and related actions.
  Customers can create an account or make purchases without an account. Customers can update or supplement their data and are responsible for its accuracy.
  These data will be processed as long as the account is active. If the account is inactive for 3 years, the personal data will be deleted.
  The customer can cancel the account or contact support at: [email protected].
• Distance selling contract
  To fulfill the distance selling contract, the controller processes the personal data of the customer to the extent necessary for its execution (name, surname, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and product details).
  The personal data provided for the concluded distance selling contract is retained for 3 years from the date of contract conclusion.
• Newsletter
  PRODUŽI ŽIVOT sends a “Newsletter” to customers who have subscribed to it, related to its business activities. This communication is conducted only with the customer’s consent.
  If the customer no longer wishes to receive the “Newsletter,” they can unsubscribe via their account or by writing to [email protected].

IV. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You have the right to request the following at any time:

• Access to your personal data
  You can request to access your personal data, obtain information on the purpose of its use and processing, the category of personal data we hold, and the period for which we process and retain your data. You can also request information about any third parties with whom we share your data.
• Receive a copy of your personal data
  You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we process. We can provide the copy electronically unless you request it in another format.
• Correction and update of your personal data
  It is important that your data is accurate and complete. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion of your personal data
  If you wish to have your personal data deleted or to stop processing them, you can contact us. Note that if your data is necessary for contractual obligations, deleting it may prevent contract fulfillment.

V. DATA PROCESSORS

Your personal data may be shared with other processors or recipients (e.g., couriers or postal services). The current list of processors includes the courier service: M-One Courier Service.
Due to collaboration with companies within the PRODUŽI ŽIVOT Group, your data may be shared within the group through IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

VI. RETENTION PERIOD

The retention period for your personal data depends on the purpose for which it is processed. Retention periods are specified where possible for each processing basis.

Personal data is stored in a secure database. Access is granted only to authorized personnel, using approved and secure methods. Data may be processed electronically or in printed form, either automatically or manually. The controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.

VIII. REPORTING DATA BREACHES

A data breach involves incidents leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or unauthorized access to personal data.
