Antiage Boost is an online store that operates in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Serbia.
The services of the Antiage Boost Shop are available on the website www.nmnkapsule.rs (hereinafter referred to as the Antiage Boost Shop). The Antiage Boost Shop pages can be used for your personal use free of charge, in accordance with the conditions and rules listed below.
By using the Antiage Boost Shop, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions and are considered to be in agreement with them.

The supplier of the ordered goods is “PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” DOO (hereinafter: “PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” DOO), utilizing a network of courier services.
The buyer is considered any person who registers and electronically orders at least one product, fills out the required information, and thus completes an online purchase. All prices are expressed in DINARS, including VAT, and are for reference purposes only.

To order products from the Antiage Boost Shop, follow these steps:

Registration
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered information during registration.

Ordering goods
Products are ordered electronically. To start the purchase, click the “add to cart” button next to the desired product. The selected product will be added to the shopping cart.
To view the currently selected items you intend to purchase, click on the Cart option in the menu. On this page, you can delete an item you do not wish to buy or change the desired quantity.
When you are ready to complete the purchase, click on the “order” option in the menu. A page will open where you need to enter your contact information for delivery.
If the desired products are in your cart, proceed by selecting “Continue to delivery” to choose your payment method. Then click the “Proceed to payment” button to choose your preferred payment method. After confirming the order, it will be recorded, and you will receive an email notification of the receipt.

Payment
Payment by credit card is done after proceeding to the “checkout” page, where you are redirected to the website of our card payment processor – Raiffeisen Bank.

Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering credit card information, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in an encrypted form using SSL protocols and the PKI system, the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available.
The security of the data during the purchase is guaranteed by the card processor Raiffeisen Bank AD Belgrade, and the entire payment process is handled on the bank’s pages. At no time is the complete card data available to our system.

Currency conversion during payment
All card payments will be made in the buyer’s local currency and converted into the currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar.
Prices in other currencies are shown for informational purposes only and are based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
The amount charged to your credit card will be converted into your local currency at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds
In the event of a return and refund to a customer who previously paid by credit card, regardless of the reason for the return, “PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” DOO is obliged to refund only through VISA EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account upon the seller’s request.

Delivery of goods
The ordered goods will be packed in a way that prevents damage during regular transportation handling.
All orders are delivered to the buyer by a delivery service engaged by “PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” DOO.
The buyer is responsible for checking the correctness of the order upon delivery. The buyer must immediately inspect the delivered goods and report any defects to the courier.
If the buyer rejects the delivery due to incorrect or damaged goods, the courier must consult with the buyer and contact the “PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” DOO customer center.
If a mistake is made during ordering, the buyer bears the return delivery costs, and the goods are returned to the Antiage Boost Shop.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs unless the goods delivered were incorrect or defective, in which case the Antiage Boost Shop covers the costs.
“PRODUŽI ŽIVOT” DOO is not responsible for the quality of the courier’s service.
